What our landscaping work involves
Outdoor work is where a house makes its first impression, and in this climate it is also where drainage problems start. We set pavers on a compacted base so they stay flat, grade beds away from the foundation, and keep planting simple enough to actually maintain.

Will pavers sink over the winter?
Not if the base is right. We excavate, compact crushed base, and screed bedding sand so the walkway stays level through freeze and heavy rain.
Can you fix a yard that stays soggy?
Often yes — most of the soggy yards we see are grading and downspout problems, which are cheaper to fix than a full drainage system.
Do you maintain landscaping after installing it?
We handle general property maintenance and repairs for repeat clients, including fence and yard upkeep, but we are not a weekly mow-and-blow service.
