Who you're hiring

A small Bothell crew with fifteen years of local homes behind it

Emmanuel Construction Inc. has been expertly servicing Bothell, WA and locations across the Seattle and Eastside area since 2010. Our residential remodeling work ranges from simple repairs to full kitchen remodels, tailored to real budgets and finished by a small team of skilled tradespeople.

We started in 2010 doing repairs for neighbours. The work grew into full kitchen and bathroom remodels, but the way we run a job did not change: clear scope, protected floors, daily clean-up, and nobody leaves until the punch list is empty.

What clients say when the crew leaves

Window sill refinish/replacements. Punctual and friendly service. Quality finish.
Lisa BroueletteWindow sill refinishing
We experienced a plumbing emergency, and Steven arrived within an hour with the necessary replacement part to resolve the issue. We have relied on him multiple times for various home repairs and have consistently received excellent workmanship. We highly recommend Steven from Emmanuel Construction.
Lyn BrandjesEmergency plumbing repair
Steven was easy to work with. He responded immediately to our request for a bid. We had a very small project and were in no hurry so he was able to squeeze us in when he could. He did not ask for any monies up front, which we appreciated. We needed a small handrail installed on the stairs up to our front door and one to our back door. I showed him a few styles I liked. He ordered them and did all of the work. We couldn't be happier! We will hire him again!

Appreciate Steven and the team at Emmanuel Construction for their time and effort, great work, and reasonable pricing. We will certainly be using them again for more projects!

Steven, Eugene, and the crew at Emmanuel Construction are fantastic! They installed a new window for me in my office where there wasn't one before, so they had to open the building envelope and trim it out to match the other window. I'm super picky and don't post a lot of reviews, but Emmanuel deserves the five stars — their work was top-notch! Steven was super communicative throughout, the project kept on pace, and they obviously take pride in their work. On top of that, their pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend them and will use them for future projects as well!
Elizabeth BrumfieldNew window installation
Emmanuel Construction did an outstanding job of painting, fixing electrical and plumbing concerns, and installing solid wood flooring throughout my condo. It was excellent work, done quickly and reasonably. I will use them again, and I am very pleased. Trustworthy and on time every day, and recommended by a neighbor. A wonderful find.

Questions

What homeowners ask us first

Where does Emmanuel Construction work?

We are based in Bothell, WA and work across the Seattle and Eastside area — Bothell, Woodinville, Kirkland, Bellevue, Redmond, Mill Creek, Everett and north Seattle.

How do estimates work?

Estimates are free. We visit the property, look at the actual conditions, and send a written scope and price. We do not price remodels sight-unseen, because the number would not be worth anything.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes — we are a licensed and insured Washington contractor and have been operating in Bothell since 2010. Licence and insurance details are provided with every estimate.

Do you take small jobs, or only full remodels?

Both. A large share of our work is repairs, painting, drywall and punch lists. Many of our remodel clients started with a single small repair.

How large is your crew?

Five skilled tradespeople. That is deliberate — you get the same faces from demolition to punch list instead of a rotating cast of subcontractors.

How soon can you start?

Small repairs are often within a week or two. Full kitchens and bathrooms are typically scheduled a few weeks out, and cabinet or tile lead times usually set the start date.
