Pacific Northwest rain finds every gap. We re-roof with synthetic underlayment and proper flashing details at valleys, walls and penetrations, and we repair leaks rather than paper over them. Inside, we prep and level subfloors before flooring goes down — the step most flooring complaints trace back to.

Can you find the source of a roof leak?
Usually. Most leaks we open up are flashing or penetration failures rather than field shingle problems, so we trace the water path in the attic before recommending a repair or a re-roof.
Which flooring holds up best with pets and kids?
Luxury vinyl plank is the most forgiving for scratches and spills. Engineered hardwood looks better long term and can be refinished once. We will walk both options through your rooms and budget.
Do you roof in the rainy season?
Yes, in dry windows, and we never leave a roof open overnight. Larger tear-offs get scheduled around the forecast.
